It's one hour, three times a week for four weeks. Designed with the newcomer to CrossFit in mind, this bootcamp is suitable for anyone who wants to get focused coaching to jumpstart their fitness level.

Partner WOD:
4 Rounds:
1 a) 50 Double Unders
1 b) 25 SitUps
2 a) 50 Squats
2 b) 25 PullUps
3 a) 50 Dumbell Hang Snatch (35/20)
3 b) 400m Run
Each partner must complete their reps before
transitioning to the next movement. If 1 partner
finishes their movement first, they can help their
partner with theirs, but only 1 of them can work at a
time.
Once they have completed a full round, the partners
switch movements. So each partner will do each
movement twice.

We'll be closed (both locations) on Monday (it's a long weekend, y'all!). Saturday/Sunday classes will operate on our normal schedule.
